  1. update!!!! This house has been torn down and the lot was sold after the chapter closed in 2004. Iota Alpha has since re-colonized though and has been working on its charter requirements.

  2. Further update:

The colony has been approved to receive its charter and is in the process of making house arrangements.

  3. I can't believe they raised that house. Well I know who did it. The Newman center next door bought it and tore down. That's the Catholics for ya, they have money in places you'd never expect.

I remember sitting on the concrete foundation of that house in 1995, and now less than 10 years later it was gone.

  4. I am currently a 5th year senior at Ball State, and we were approved for our charter on October 31, 2010, with the chartering banquet on February 26, 2011. We have indeed been working for my 5 years+ to get any kind of housing plan developed. We're in need of as much help as we can get from any Lambda Chi Alpha alumni brothers! I hope all is well with all of you reading this!
